Explore Mechanism and Catalytic Site Annotations

03/31

From the Annotations tab, select the Explore in 3D option to view in Mol*From the Annotations tab, select the Explore in 3D option to view in Mol*

Data on catalytically active residues from the Mechanism and Catalytic Site Atlas (M-CSA) have been mapped to >1000 PDB structures at RCSB.org.

From the Annotations tab for these entries

 • access M-CSA data annotations (example)
 • visualize active sites using Mol* (example)
 • launch a structure motif search to find these active sites in other experimentally-determined PDB structures and in Computed Structure Models (CSMs; example)

Advanced Search: Structure Motif can be used to identify all structures with M-CSA annotations. User guide documentation is available.
